T&B Property Solutions is a company created by landlords, for landlords.

 

Founded in 2012 by Monica and Christina, the business has grown from managing their own portfolio into providing trusted property management and lettings services to landlords across Essex and Kent.

 

Before launching T&B, Monica and Christina worked together for over 20 years in the IT sector. They built and successfully sold Prologic PLC, a company that delivered fashion and lifestyle IT solutions to high street retailers and wholesalers. Following the sale of Prologic in 2012, they turned their focus to property, acquiring and managing a large HMO portfolio in Basildon.

 

Since then, T&B Property Solutions has expanded its services and now operates on three key pillars:

The business continues to grow, with the team actively seeking suitable projects to expand on these three pillars and drive the next phase of development.
