Monica and Christina worked together for over 20+ years in the IT sector. During this time they built and sold a company Prologic PLC that supplied a fashion and lifestyle IT solution to high street retailers and wholesalers. Prologic was successfully sold in 2012, Christina and Monica wanted to continue working together and use all their skills to form a new business.

Since Starting T&B in 2012, the business has acquired a portfolio of properties and now provides management and lettings services to landlords across Essex and Kent.

In addition to the in-house team Monica and Christina have hand-picked a team of design and construction professionals with specialist knowledge in converting commercial properties to residential. 

 

Alongside the acquisition of the T&B portfolio Monica and Christina gained experience in other property investment strategies;

• Purchase of freehold block of flats, splitting the title and selling on the individual leases and the freehold.

• Purchase of a new build at the end of a large development scheme at BMV and successfully flipping at significant profit.

• Purchase of a Commercial/Residential mix of showroom, offices and flats, converting the commercial elements to residential, creating a 2 bedroom house, 2 additional flats and complete refurbishment of the original flats, to retain and rent out as single lets.
