Christina Baker
Director

Christina was for over two decades the director of a highly successful IT start up, from which she retired in 2012 following its successful sale. Since then she has worked full time in property, co founding the T&B Property business with Monica, which today has numerous regional arms and a growing portfolio of residential properties throughout the South East.

Day-to-day Christina oversees the financial and operational sides of the business and works closely with the T&B design and construction teams to ensure that the company's development projects progress smoothly and are executed in accordance with T&B's vision.

Monica Tourlamain
Director

A seasoned business leader, Monica worked for many years with Christina on the board of the same IT start-up, and the two ladies have continued their partnership following the successful disposal of the business. Since 2012, T&B has grown from strength to strength, boasting a substantial lettings portfolio and a growing development arm.

Monica has responsibility for overseeing the group’s existing estate of rental units, ensuring that T&B’s reputation for delivering high quality housing at sensible prices is maintained. Monica also heads up investor relations for T&B and works closely with T&B’s exclusive panel of private investors.

Reegan Parmenter
Business Development Manager

Reegan joined the team in 2017 having worked in the property industry for 13 years, starting as a trainee Estate Agent, moving on to branch manager for one of the UKs largest independent Estate Agents.      Reegan has studied for NFoPP (National Federation of Property Professionals) in residential sales, lettings and property management and is working towards becoming a member of ARLA and the NAEA. Reegan works closely with Landlords to deliver the level of support they need.

 

As Business Development Manager, Reegan includes in her remit, new business development alongside managing the tenant sourcing team.

Jari Longman
Property and Maintenance Manager

Jari is responsible for the day-to-day management of property maintenance across our portfolio. His role involves liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors to ensure all properties are kept to a high standard. Jari coordinates repairs and improvements, manages compliance checks, and oversees health and safety requirements within each property.

With a proactive approach, Jari ensures that maintenance issues are resolved quickly, preventative measures are put in place, and properties remain welcoming and well-maintained for tenants while protecting landlords’ investments.

With more than 30 years combined experience in providing property related services, this team is extremely well equipped to deliver the many services required to successfully provide high-quality developments for the supported living and co-living sectors. The team brings to all our clients and partners peace of mind and reassurance that their properties are well maintained.   

 

 

We spend time making sure that the team always brings complimentary skills to the business with their previous work experience in order to deliver sales and relationship management, property refurbishment, system administration, property health and safety compliance and all levels of service needed.
